My Acai Weight Loss Diet

Here's a sample daily meal that I'll have on any given day. I've tweaked it here and there throughout the month based on how I felt,
but this is pretty darn accurate and on point. This Acai Colon Cleanse diet isn't that hard to follow — actually, it tastes pretty good & quite filling. It worked for me, and if I can do it, so can you.
So, load up on Acai Berry and ProBiotics to jolt your weight loss into over-drive and to ramp up your health, and give it a shot!
Breakfast
Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar
Raisin Bran Crunch w/ Skim Milk
2 Caps Acai Berry Detox
Snack
1 Tsp natural peanut butter
Bottled Vitamin Water
1 Cap ProBiotics
Lunch
Grilled Chicken Salad
Honey mustard dressing
Snack
Whey Protein Shake
1 Tsp Flaxseed Oil
Low Sugar, Low Fat Yogurt
Homemade Granola
Rachael Ray's Acai Berry
Dinner
Smoked Salmon Filet
Arugala Salad Greens
Red Potatoes
Before Bedtime
1 Bottle Distilled Water w/ Whey Protein Powder
I am now incorporating whey protein into my diet. I will probably use it as a supplement after a workout. If I am craving something sweet, I'll usually get a Yogurt Parfait from McDonald's.
The consistent level of Acai Berry keeps my metabolism high, and stabilizes my blood sugar level (and lowers my cholesterol, too!) for even insulin levels. Perfect for burning fat!
Then, the ProBiotics taken at precise times through the day keeps me regular, detoxes my body of unwanted toxins, and moves along fat oxidation (or "burning" as it's called).
