Combined with a decent diet, all three components—Acai, diet & training—you'll be creating a synergistic environment that'll transform your physique in no time flat. I'm living proof!

Here is my Acai Weight & Bodybuilding Training program:

Monday

30 minutes Lifecycle Bike before breakfast
Chest & Triceps
2 Caps Acai Berry Detox

Wednesday

30 minutes Lifecycle Bike before breakfast
Back and Biceps
1 Cap ProBiotics

Friday

Legs: Quads, Hams & Calves

Saturday

Abs (with weights!)
30 minutes Lifecycle Bike before breakfast

Sunday

Rest
